For us, cooking is a form of edible art! And French Culinary is our desire.

We are a group of professional-trained French culinary chefs who are passionate & creative with food and aim to deliver endless possibilities through cooking.

About CFO

CFO stands for Cooking French Officer, a professional team to provide Cooking classes, Menu Designs, Food styling, Mobi chef services and Food photography in Hong Kong, as well as New Zealand in late of 2022.

I am a passionate chef, culinary teacher, food blogger and Food & Culture traveller based in Hong Kong. Trained as a vegan chef and raw chef, taking this diploma course is a big challenge for me. It allows me to widen my horizon and takes my cooking skills to the next level.

A Scorpion, both alcoholic and workaholic, busy with 19-month-old twins. Professionally trained as a florist and embroiderer for the last decade, now moving to a more exciting world — French cooking — brings me not only formal cooking techniques but also appreciation of fresh ingredients…. and always add a LITTLE bit of BUTTER!

My wife always loves my cooking and this drives me to be a better chef and husband.

A flâneuse and her feline Gingerb, rooted in Hong Kong, with footsteps across the Aussie, London, and San Francisco, we live to eat, play and <3. As a chef-to-be, my dream is to seek the bilateral essence of Cantonese and French cuisines and share them with the world through my voyage. See you down the road =]

Lecturer by day and foodie at all times. Particularly enjoys cooking from scratch and brings joy to family and friends through food. Chef wannabe whose ultimate goal is to operate a food/cooking-related business.
